Returns & Shipping
Australian Post - Item should arrive 2-6 business days (not including weekends or public holidays).
We ship all orders via DHL Global Mail.
Even though we provide free worldwide shipping, we do not offer tracking numbers with any of our orders. However, you may choose to have your item shipped with a tracking number by choosing Tracked Shipping upon checkout, which will incur additional cost. This allows you to track your parcel via your country's national post once your parcel reaches the destination country.
Unfortunately, we are not able to request for your order to be shipped by a specific carrier.
We process orders within 24-48 hours.
We ship orders every Mondays and Fridays. Depending on the day of purchase, your order will be shipped on the nearest shipping day.
If you are in the US or UK, you should receive your order within 8-12 working days after shipment; if you are from Canada, about 12-14 working days; Mexico, 18-21 working days.
For all other countries, you will receive your item(s) within 10-25 working days (2-5 weeks).
We cannot guarantee the delivery date of your parcel as it greatly depends on the efficiency and the customs and shipping method of your national post office. This is unfortunately out of our hands.
We also offer Express Shipping to select countries. All orders with Express Shipping are shipped on the nearest Friday.

Please keep in mind, that we are still a small company so sometimes things might run a day or two behind. If your parcel has been longer than the times listed above, please email us (info@Bodyblendz.com.au) and one of our customer service team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please ensure correct address details are provided at time of purchase. If you have provided us your incorrect address, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within the first hour of purchase to amend correctly. After this period we are unable to send out a replacement product and you will need to purchase again if you wish to do so. If you've provided us the incorrect or old address, we suggest that you notify the occupant of the address you provided us with and hopefully they can help you retrieve your parcel.
Returns & Refunds
All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and/or unless they were damaged prior to you receiving your parcel.
If your product arrives damaged, a refund may be issued. For a refund to be issued you will need to contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Our customer service consultant will advise you where to return the parcel to by mail. Once received, a full refund will be issued for your original purchase price. We cannot issue refunds for change of mind or dislike of a product.
Shipping cost will be shouldered by the customer for any product returns.
