Firming Exfoliant Wash 

• Apply to damp skin in the shower. 
• Massage gently using circular motions, focusing on areas with rough texture or uneven tone. 
• Rinse thoroughly with water. 
• Pat skin dry with a towel. 

Use 2 to 3 times per week for best results. 

Anti-Cellulite & Stretch Mark Lotion 

• Apply to clean, dry skin in the morning and or evening. 
• Massage using smooth, upward strokes from ankles towards the waist. 
• Pay extra attention to thighs, hips, stomach, and buttocks.
