Are all of your products natural?

All BodyBlendz products are naturally derived and sourced from nature, potentially leaving out harmful and harsh preservatives and synthetics.

What is the difference between Natural and Organic Products?

Organic products contain ingredients sourced from organic farming that adhere to the standards set by certifying
bodies such as the BFA and the NASAA. Organic farming and organic animal husbandry should strictly avoid the use of pesticides or herbicides,
fertilizers, hormones, or antibiotics. Organic farming also helps preserve the ecological systems and diversity. Natural products, on the other hand, are free of synthetic or artificial ingredients or additives.

Do your products contain nut oils?

Some of our products contain Argan Oil, Macadamia Oil, and Almond Oil. These types of nut oils do not typically cause
irritation in people with nut allergies. However, we highly recommend doing a patch test for 24 hours. If irritation occurs, please discontinue using the
product. You may also consult with your physician first if you have a nut allergy. For the complete ingredients list, please refer to the individual product information.

Do your products contain gluten?

None of our products contain gluten or gluten-derived ingredients.

Are your products vegan?

All of our products are vegan and
cruelty-free. This means that we only use plant-based ingredients and extracts that are sourced ethically without harming nature.

Do your products contain preservatives?

All of our products contain
naturally-derived preservatives to ensure efficacy and optimal freshness during
its shelf life. We stay true to our commitment to only use natural, non-toxic ingredients and thus, do not include any harsh synthetic preservatives in any
of our products.

We recommend storing your BodyBlendz product
in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight to keep it fresh and safe for use within 12-36 months. Please refer to the individual product’s shelf life

Do your products contain Alcohol?

There are two types of alcohol, the good (cetyl and cetearyl fatty alcohols) and the bad (isopropyl, ethanol and denat
alcohols).

At BodyBlendz, we only use
naturally-derived good alcohols as a stabilizer, emulsifier, and
preservative.

Where are your ingredients sourced?

All of the ingredients used in our products are sourced in Australia where possible and sometimes specialized ingredients
must be sourced from abroad. We ensure that our suppliers observe ethical and sustainable standards to help minimize carbon footprint as well as care for
mother nature.

How do your scrubs work?

We combine naturally derived ingredients with cutting-edge formulations, all carefully selected for maximum results. Our scrubs are specifically designed to target cellulite, stretch marks, acne, and psoriasis. They also leave your skin soft, smooth and looking amazing!

Which scrub is best for my skin?

The Coco Luxe is highly hydrating. The essential oils remove dead skin cells, clear away dirt, grime and remove makeup. It can also aid in shrinking wrinkles, preventing cellular aging and protecting against sun damage.

The Coffee Buff is packed with active ingredients, which are perfect for targeting cellulite, stretch marks, reduce redness and improve the skin's tone & texture.

The Vanilla Blush is perfect for relieving itchiness, rashes and dry flaky skin. It also assists with increasing the natural production of collagen, which aids in smoothing out stretch marks and preventing skin aging.

The Sugar Glow is also highly moisturising, assisting with ingrown hairs and Keratosis Pilaris. All while keeping your skin supple, dewy and firm.

How do I use your scrubs?

After showering, rinse your body so that it’s completely wet for a good 2 minutes.

Turn off the water.

Grab two handfuls of your scrub and apply using circular motions, making sure to target problem areas.

Once applied, leave the scrub on your body for at least 2-5 minutes (5 minutes for best results).

Rinse well and enjoy your freshly exfoliated, smooth & glowing skin! Be sure to seal the bag tightly after use to maintain freshness.

How often should I scrub?

We recommend using the scrubs 2 to 3 times a week. Make sure to leave the scrub on for 3 to 5 minutes each session for best results.

What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?

99% of our users do not experience negative skin reactions when applying our scrubs. However, we always recommend doing a patch test 24 hours before using it on your body. If you have sensitive skin, or if irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

What is the shelf life of your scrubs?

Unopened, our scrubs have a shelf life of up to 2 years. Once opened, they’ll stay good for 6 months. Make sure to keep the scrubs sealed and dry in between each use. Keep out of your shower or any wet areas, preferably in a cupboard out of direct sunlight. To remove any coffee grinds from the seal, we recommend using a nail file or any thin object.

How soon will I see results?

Most people see smoother, clearer skin after only one use; however, results may vary.

Are your coffee scrubs nut free?

The Sugar Glow coffee scrub is nut-free. However, we recommend to patch test 24 hours before using the product.Our other scrubs contain almond oil, so ifyou have a nut allergy, we recommend that you do not use them.

Do you test on animals?

No, we do not perform any testing on animals.

We shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Once your order is received and successfully processed, we’ll ship your package within 2-3 business days. The estimated delivery within Australia is 7 - 14 business days.

I have curly hair. Can I use the Hair Pro Duo?

For sure! Our hair products are suitable for all hair types. To achieve healthier and shinier hair, start by exfoliating your scalp with our Scrub/Shampoo product. Then, apply the Hair Mask Treatment for thicker and softer hair. We highly recommend this regimen.

Does the Hair Pro Duo contain parabens, sulfates, silicones, phthalates, DEA, or synthetic dyes?

Our hair products are free from silicones, sulfates, parabens, ethoxylates, paragons, propylene glycol, petrochemical cleansers, phthalates, DEA, fragrances, and artificial colours.

How often should I use the scrub shampoo and the mask treatment?

We recommend using this 2–3 times per week for optimal results.

Is the Hair Pro Duo suitable for all hair types?

Our hair scrub shampoo and hair mask treatment are suitable for curly hair, straight, coiled and all hair types.
